Carlos Eduardo Rigolo Lopes graduated in Social Science with a specialization in Environmental Management and currently a master candidate in Public Policy and Management at Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV), where he joined a research group to study eco-innovations initiatives in Brazilian cities. He is dedicated to understanding the governance behind urban rivers. He works as a consultant in risk evaluation studies and supporting social-environmental commitments in Amazon.
