Isaac Mugumbule

Isaac Luwaga Mugumbule is the Head of Landscaping at the Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA). He holds a degree in Architecture with specialized training in green infrastructure management and urban design. He has over 12 years working experience in the built environment and urban landscape. He led Kampala’s first urban forestry audit and development of an urban green infrastructure ordinance.
