Kaja Aagaard

Kaja Aagaard is an undergraduate student at Middlebury College in Vermont, where she studies biology and global health. Her particular interests are in microbiology, disease ecology and their social and cultural impacts. She has published academic work on cross-cultural healthcare, holds a leadership position in her college’s global health club and volunteers in an on-campus research lab investigating the prevalence of parasites in indigenous food sources.
