Semakula Samson is an agricultural officer and environmental inspector for the Entebbe Municipal Council (Wakiso District), Uganda. Sam has been working as a city officer for the past 10 years following completing his Bsc Hons degree in Agricultural sciences at Makerere University, Kampala. Sam is the focal point for the Urban Natural Assets for Africa programme.
